The only thing I knew about Montana before reading this newsletter was that they banned TikTok earlier this year, and that one of my favorite internet creators, Vlogbrother and all-around internet good guy Hank Green, lives there. Thanks for expanding by Montana knowledge.
So the timing of reading this post, which has been sitting in my inbox is very odd. Odd, why? Is likely what you're thinking. I just finished reading an ARC (yes I'm late) of Stephanie Land's book "Class" (hated it and still need to write the review🤪). Anyways she went to the University of Montana. Moments before I read your article, I was reading a Free Press article (also belatedly, do you see a trend?) regarding what FP authors are thankful for this year. One of those authors was Walter Kirn which sounded super familiar. That's because he taught English at University of Montana when Land was a student! Strange quantity of connections to Montana in one morning!
The Sip-n-Dip is the most fun. Piano Pat passed away a few years ago and I've not been since their new guy is there, but everyone says he's a great performer too. Pat was something like 846 years old when she passed, but literally a hilarious person and all-around majestic performer. The mermaids and mermen are cool, for sure, but Pat was the best.

Happy Thanksgiving

It’s a Thanksgiving Miracle!
Lmao
maybe I should move to Montana so you would have a Montana subscriber!
Yes, if any of my readers are willing to uproot their lives to remedy this situation, that would be a good solution. Thanks!
Wave asked me to check it out, and that's when I realized I had missed you since twitter's death and needed to follow along. So, easy!
Yay! My first Montanan! The system works!
