Yeah, and her email address doesn't work anymore either as it was also tied to a business website that's gone (she had several for her product for some reason). She has a common name so she's hard to Google, and she was so often traveling in her mobile home that limiting a search to a particular region is just guesswork. And having no family makes even obituary searches difficult because who would have published one? Wherever she is, I hope she's healthy and happy!

But yes. This is true in SO MUCH. Letting the silence ring is great for conversation, for interviews, and even for negotiations.
